Michael’s property experience commenced in one of Limericks leading Estate Agents where he spent seven years specialising in Residential Sales & Lettings, Commercial Sales & Lettings, New Homes and Overseas Property Sales.
In 2011 Michael moved to London to further develop his career and was fortunate to secure a position with Faron Sutaria, one of London’s leading Real Estate Agencies. He was based in the Earls Court & South Kensington office, their flagship branchin London. In his time at Faron Sutaria, Michael’s eyes were truly opened to the professionalism of the industry experiencing long working hours in a highly competitive environment, rewarded, however, by the results achieved, as Faron Sutaria prided themselves on their customer service and record sales’ prices for their vendors, year after year. His sales skills were heightened to a new level where he was fully trained in the art of negotiating, vendor management and learning that meticulous attention to detail in the entire sales process was the key to success.

With longer opening hours Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm & Sat 10am-2pm and with flexibility to view after working hours but never intrusive to our vendors, we will always accommodate potential buyers.
