Our Services
We have been responding to the need of homeless individuals since 1983. We have developed a range of services to address homelessness and the factors that contribute to it across different care modalities
Prevention Services
Our prevention services include our Open Access Service, where Fr Peter McVerry is based, the Streets to Home Support Service and our Homeless Youth Cafe. You can read more about the services here.
Housing Services
Peter McVerry Trust provides a wide range of housing services and supports find out more about them and our social housing projects here.
Housing First
Housing First is a model of tackling homelessness that sees up front housing provision accompanied by wraparound, intensive and multidisciplinary supports. Read more about Housing First here.
Homeless Services
Our homeless services are residential homeless accommodation provided across Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA), Temporary Emergency Accommodation (TEA) and Emergency Accommodation (EA). Cold weather Provision is also made available on a seasonal basis. Read more about these services here.
Drug Treatment Services
Peter McVerry Trust’s Drug Treatment Services include a Stabilisation and Recovery Service, a Residential Community Detox Service and Residential Drug-Free Aftercare Service . Read more here.
Under 18s Residential Services
